Meatloaf A La Stephanie

Product – Aussie Beef Burger Coating Mix
1kg Pork & Veal Mince, 1/2 pack of Gourmet Morsels Aussie Beef Burger Mix, 1 egg (lightly beaten), 4 hard boiled eggs, whole

Mix mince, herbed rissole mix & lightly beaten egg together.

Grease & line a 14cm x 21cm Loaf Pan. Spread half the mixture in the base of the loaf tin. Arrange hard boiled eggs evenly and spread the remaining mixture to cover the eggs completely.

Bake, uncovered for 60 minutes in a moderate oven.

Herbed Rissoles

Product – Aussie Beef Burger Coating Mix
500g Beef Premium Mince, 1 egg, 1/2 pack of Gourmet Morsels Aussie Beef Burger Blend Blend.

In a bowl mix together mince, egg and qtr pack of gourmet morsels herbed rissoles mix. Make patties and coat with some extra herbed rissole mix. BBQ or pan fry until cooked through.

Yummy Meatballs - Finger Food

Product – Aussie Beef Burger Coating Mix or Tuscan Lamb Blend
Using the same method as above for Herbed Rissoles. Instead of making patties, roll into golf ball sized meatballs and oven bake or pan fry until cooked through and golden brown. Serve with drinks at your next party! Kids love them too!

Hungarian Stuffed Capsicums

Product – Hungarian Goulash Blend
You will need 1kg Minced Beef, 2 eggs, 2 washed and cored capsicums, 1 cup cooked rice and two tins tomato soup for this recipe and a pack of Hungarian Goulash Blend.

In a large mixing bowl, mix together, mince, eggs, rice and 2 tbs of Gourmet Morsels Hungarian Goulash Blend. Stuff the capsicums anb make meatballs out of any remaining mince mix. Add two cans of tomato soup to a large saucepan and gently add the stuffed capsicums and meatballs. Bring to boil and reduce to simmer. Cook approximately 40 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes.
